EPC Contractors Facilities Government

Site services, simplified

Detritus plans, dispatches, and bills the sanitation, waste, water, and temporary infrastructure your projects run on.
Every State - Every Service - One Trusted Partner

The industry challenge

Site programs often break down between vendors.

Coverage runs out

Your best vendor does not cover the county your next site is in.

Nobody owns the whole scope

Four services, four companies. When one misses, four people point at each other.

Paperwork outlives the job

Separate invoices, separate rates, separate certificates, chased one at a time.

Detritus holds all of it on one contract, in one system, with one team accountable for the site. Sanitation, waste, water, fencing, power, storage, and temporary infrastructure.

Who we serve

How it works

We replace your vendor list, not just your point of contact.

Orders arrive however your team already sends them. Email, our portal, or straight out of your procurement or field system into ours.

Coverage you don't have to chase

We hold rate and coverage records for every provider we have paid, so a site in an unfamiliar county is priced against real local supply.

Service you can verify

Every unit is tracked from delivery to removal, on a schedule. You see what happened and when, in your portal, without asking anyone.

A named team, not a queue

One account manager with a direct line and posted hours. Consolidated billing and insurance certificates handled behind them.

Common questions

Working with Detritus

What does Detritus do?

We manage site services as one program. Sanitation, waste, water, fencing, power, storage, and temporary infrastructure. You hold one contract instead of dozens of local vendors.

How many vendors does this replace?

11 local providers on our largest single site. 45 across one customer's national program, in 22 cities. The customer holds one contract, one rate card, and one invoice.

What happens when a service gets missed?

Every unit carries a service schedule, so a miss surfaces as an open exception before your superintendent calls. One named person owns it through resolution, and the provider's record carries it.

Do you own trucks, or are you a broker?

We don't own a yard, and that is deliberate. Every provider we hire has been paid by us before, with rate, coverage, and insurance history on record. No single fleet covers every county you build in. Our provider network fills those gaps.

Where do you operate?

All 50 states and DC, with delivered work in 5,900+ cities last year. Highest volume in California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Colorado.
