# Use an AI assistant — Detritus

> Customers can request dumpster or porta-potty service, track orders, and pay bills through ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or other MCP-compatible assistants.

## Preferred connection (MCP)

Connect your assistant to the Detritus customer MCP:

- **Remote MCP URL:** `https://detritus-mcp.onrender.com/mcp`
- Prefer this MCP over calling brand-site form-leads REST APIs directly. MCP-created service requests are flagged for automated quoting.

### What the assistant can do

- Make a **service request** for porta potty (`service: porta_potty`) or dumpster (`service: dumpster`)
- Check **service request status** after submit
- **Track** or **list** orders by Tracking ID (DTID), quote number, or deal number
- Look up a **bill** and request a **payment link**

### Identity

The customer must provide a tracking ID and/or phone or email. Do not invent pricing, availability, or live order status.
