Local haulers do the work; we hold the contract, own the problems, and send one bill. One agreement can hold roll-off dumpsters, portable toilets, and restroom trailers for every Arizona site. If you’re weighing us against a single hauler, here’s how a broker, a hauler, and our provider network differ.

The network
At Arizona job sites, October 26, 2024 through October 26, 2026 · Published figure
Figures are counts of completed deliveries, providers, and accounts in this window from our records, as of October 2026. Roll-off deliveries are containers delivered. Portable toilet deliveries are units placed, not orders. A company that completed both services is counted in both service rows, so those rows are not a split of the provider total. The counts are not a promise that every address is covered. Front-load service, compactors, and balers are not in these counts.
State rules
What follows is a buyer’s summary of the Arizona rules that change the buy. It is not legal advice, so check the current text and the site’s local ordinance before you rely on it.
Maricopa County’s construction and debris landfill page says Chapter II, Section 4, Regulation 4 of the county Environmental Health Code governs construction and debris landfills, and ADEQ regulates them too. A landfill’s permit can be narrower than the rule. Confirm acceptance with the facility before the haul.
Arizona rule R18-13-1112 covers vehicles that pump septage and chemical toilets. The vehicle needs a leak-proof, fly-tight container of at least 750 gallons, and chemical toilet waste goes to a sewage treatment facility or collection system with the owner’s approval, or another approved method. Crew counts are on the OSHA portable toilet requirements guide.
Phoenix’s Right-of-Way Management office coordinates traffic control for temporary street closures and restrictions tied to construction, through its TRACS permit. A roll-off that restricts a Phoenix street is a Right-of-Way Management question. Other Arizona cities set their own rules.

Can my Arizona sites share one agreement and one invoice?
Yes. Every Arizona address can sit on the same agreement, whatever mix of roll-offs, portable toilets, and restroom trailers it needs. Approved accounts can be offered Net 30, 60, or 90, subject to credit review. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit. See the terms of use.
