Local haulers do the work; we hold the contract, own the problems, and send one bill. One agreement can hold roll-off dumpsters, portable toilets, and restroom trailers for every Indiana site. If you’re weighing us against a single hauler, here’s how a broker, a hauler, and our provider network differ.

The network
At Indiana job sites, October 26, 2024 through October 26, 2026 · Published figure
Figures are counts of completed deliveries, providers, and accounts in this window from our records, as of October 2026. Roll-off deliveries are containers delivered. Portable toilet deliveries are units placed, not orders. A company that completed both services is counted in both service rows, so those rows are not a split of the provider total. The counts are not a promise that every address is covered. Front-load service, compactors, and balers are not in these counts.
State rules
What follows is a buyer’s summary of the Indiana rules that change the buy. It is not legal advice, so check the current text and the site’s local ordinance before you rely on it.
IDEM’s construction and demolition waste page says C/D waste is solid waste from the construction, remodeling, repair, or demolition of structures. It must go to a state-permitted municipal solid waste landfill, non-MSW landfill, or C/D site authorized to accept it, and can include scrap lumber, bricks, concrete, stone, glass, drywall, roofing, plumbing fixtures, wiring, and non-asbestos insulation. Confirm acceptance with the facility before the haul.
IDEM’s septage management page says anyone who pumps, transports, stores, treats, or disposes of septage must get a septage management permit from IDEM before starting. IDEM’s portable sanitary units fact sheet counts portable toilets, mobile restrooms, and similar units as portable sanitary units, and their contents as septage. Crew counts are on the OSHA portable toilet requirements guide.
Indianapolis’ right-of-way permits page says you need a permit for private use of the public right-of-way, including equipment that encroaches on a curb lane or sidewalk, applied for through the Accela Citizen Access portal. The city’s right-of-way regulations list container placement as its own use permit. Other Indiana cities set their own rules.
IDEM’s fees page says solid waste disposal facilities like landfills owe fees of $0.50 to $0.60 per ton depending on facility type, paid quarterly. That’s a state fee on disposal, not a customer price. More on disposal fees is in the landfill tipping fees guide.
