Junk hauling and cleanouts

Move-outs, cleanouts, renovations and closed stores leave behind more than a dumpster is easy to fill. We source local providers to load and haul furniture, boxes, appliances and debris, and we put the work on one agreement and one invoice, so you do not hunt for a crew in every city.

Fit

Junk hauling or a dumpster?

Both solve a cleanout. The right one depends on who does the loading and what is in the pile.

A cleanout coming up?

Tell us the address, what is there and when it has to be empty. We source a local crew and give you one price.

What to ask first

Some items need special handling

Paints, cleaners, oils, batteries and pesticides can contain hazardous ingredients and need special care, according to EPA, which points people to local household hazardous waste programs.1 Large appliances can need extra handling too: FEMA's debris guidance notes that many white goods contain refrigerants, mercury or compressor oils that must be removed.2 Tell us what is in the pile before the crew arrives, so the right provider is sent and nothing is loaded that should not be.

Reuse comes first where it can. EPA's construction and demolition guidance encourages salvaging and reusing existing materials, and furniture and fixtures in good condition may be worth donating.3

Common questions

Junk hauling questions

What is junk hauling?

A crew loads and hauls away furniture, appliances, boxes and debris, usually in one visit, instead of you filling a dumpster.

Is junk hauling cheaper than a dumpster?

It depends on the volume, the access and the timing. For a large steady flow of debris a dumpster is often better. Tell us the job and we will quote both.

What cannot be loaded?

Items with hazardous ingredients, such as paints, oils, batteries and pesticides, need special handling. Tell us before the crew arrives.

Do you take appliances?

Often yes, but refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners can contain refrigerants that must be removed. Ask us.

Can you donate or recycle what you take?

Where it is practical, yes. Reuse and recycling come first and depend on the local provider.

How do I get a quote?

Call sales at (888) 588-2607 or request a quote.

One crew, one invoice, any city

Local providers do the work; we hold the contract, own the problems, and send one bill. If a delivery gets missed, we contact the provider the same business day.
