A standard unit is roughly four feet square and seven feet tall. The constraint is not the footprint, it is the service truck. The service hose reaches about 15 to 20 feet, so the unit must sit where a truck can pull alongside. Backyard and interior-courtyard placements are frequently not serviceable, and that is worth knowing before delivery rather than after.
Set per unit, not per site, so one provider running behind does not degrade the whole placement. Weekly is the construction default. Twice or three times weekly for dense crews, hot climates, or low unit counts. Frequency is usually a cheaper lever than adding units.

This distinction matters more than it sounds. A vendor who puts a removal date on a construction placement is either going to pull your units mid-job or bill you daily overage from day 29 without telling you. Ask which one it is.
