Trailers are towed in. They need level placement, clearance to manoeuvre, and a route not blocked by a gate, curb, or soft ground. Walk it first. This is the number one reason a delivery fails on arrival.
A hose bib within reach is the simple case. If not, the trailer runs on a fresh water tank with a waste holding tank pumped on a schedule, and that pumping cadence drives the cost more than the rental does.
Most configurations need a standard 3-prong outlet within range for lighting, the water pump, and climate control. Where there is none, a generator comes with the trailer and gets refuelled on a schedule.

Roughly one in five of our highest-value inbound calls is a building that has lost water, and most of those become trailer orders. Real placements include a manufacturing plant on a main break, a distribution warehouse facing a shutoff with 250 people on site, a school with failed plumbing, a county courthouse, a restaurant, and a 500-unit residential building ahead of a scheduled county shutoff.

The trailer rental is fairly stable. What moves the number is how often it gets serviced, and on a multi-week placement that gap is significant. On one 3-stall restaurant placement the difference between weekly and twice-weekly service was roughly a thousand dollars a month on the same unit.
Set frequency from concurrent users and how visible the space is, not from the calendar. A 3-stall serving a full restaurant is a different service problem from a 3-stall serving a six-person crew.
Address, whether you have water and a 3-prong outlet, concurrent users, how long you need it, and whether the space is public-facing. If the site cannot support a trailer we will say so and quote units instead rather than sending a truck that has to turn around.
