Ground-level secure storage for tools, materials, and equipment. The reason to order it here rather than from a container company is that it goes on the same agreement as the restrooms, the dumpsters, and the fencing.

Ground level, reachable by a truck, and reasonably level so the doors operate. No power or utility connection is needed for plain storage. The practical constraint is almost always the approach rather than the pad, so if the drop point is behind a gate or up a grade, say so when you order rather than on the day.
Storage rarely gets sourced on its own. Real orders in our record include a 14-week project where one vendor covered restrooms, containers, and fencing together, and another combining a porta, a dumpster, an 8 by 20 office trailer, a generator, and 300 linear feet of fencing on a single order. Putting them on one agreement is the difference between one invoice and five, and one escalation path instead of five.
