Delete your account

You can delete your Detritus customer account yourself in the web app at app.detritus.us:

  1. Sign in to the Detritus web app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Type your email address to confirm, then select Delete account again.

Deleting your account permanently removes your login, ends your access to your company’s account in the app, and signs you out on every device. This can’t be undone. Your company’s sites, services, quotes, and invoices are not deleted, and other contacts at your company keep their access.

Can’t sign in? Call (888) 647-3574 or email info@detritus.us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
