Send the following to your account manager or to info@detritus.us: certificate holder legal name and address, the project or site reference, the endorsements your contract requires, and any specific wording. Include the contract or insurance exhibit if there is one, since it usually answers all of the above.
We onboard into your system rather than asking you into ours. Our accounts team completes supplier registrations, portal enrollments, and diversity or compliance questionnaires directly.

This is the part most buyers ask about second and worry about first. You contract with Detritus. We contract with the local provider. The compliance burden of a distributed network sits with us.
Every provider we place work with carries insurance status and vendor documentation in our system, held against the provider record rather than the job.
Service failures attach to the provider record, so a provider that misses is a different proposition on the next requirement in that market.
We hold the payment relationship with every provider, including operators that will not accept standard terms. You never onboard or pay a local provider.
On our largest facilities program this meant carrying the relationship with 480 separate local operators so the client held one payables relationship. See how that worked.
Certificates, W-9, entity documentation, named client references, and safety documentation are released together on request. References are released under a mutual non-disclosure agreement and with client consent.
