For procurement, AP and supplier onboarding teams
What your onboarding team usually asks a new supplier for, which of it is already published, what we send on request and where to send your forms. We complete onboarding in your system rather than asking you to use ours.
Supplier documents
Each status matches the trust and compliance page.
The checklist
Most supplier setups ask for the same short list. Here is each item and how you get it from us. If your form asks for something that is not here, ask and we will tell you whether we have it.
Detritus LLC, a Georgia company formed in 2018. UEI N83DJTEKMFX9, CAGE 98EA6, SAM.gov registration active, business size small. The full record is on company and trust and compliance.
For the current tax year. Form W-9 gives a payer the supplier's taxpayer identification number for information returns.1
Issued to your entity as certificate holder, with the endorsements your contract requires. The coverages are below.
Sent on request through your secure channel.
Our accounts team completes supplier registrations and portal enrollments directly in your system. Send the invitation to info@detritus.us.
Completed directly by our accounts team as part of your setup.
Your agreement is accepted for review, with counsel review where needed.

Twelve programs from our service record and two completed Department of Defense task orders on the public record.
Approved accounts can be offered Net 30, 60 or 90, subject to credit review. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit.
If your questionnaire asks for a named safety figure or log, ask us for it. We confirm what we can provide at the start of onboarding.
If AP needs invoices in a set format or through a portal, ask us. We confirm what we can provide at the start of onboarding.
Insurance
Detritus carries commercial coverage and issues certificates naming your entity as required. Because we contract with the provider network rather than passing you to it, you hold one insurance relationship rather than one per market.
Limits and the current policy period are published on trust and compliance.
Put this in the email
Endorsements available on request where your agreement requires them: additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory wording, and thirty-day notice of cancellation.
Send this to your team
Forward this to your AP or supplier onboarding team. It is the same record published on the company page.
If a directory or database disagrees with this record, this record is correct. Third-party databases scrape from state filings and from each other.

How setup runs
A new multi-site vendor setup, in the order it usually happens.
Email the supplier forms, the portal invitation and your insurance requirements to info@detritus.us.
The W-9, the certificate with your endorsements and banking details through your secure channel.
Our accounts team completes the registration, the portal enrollment and the questionnaires.
Your agreement is reviewed, and you decide whether invoices split by entity, region or cost center.
Send the site list. Each location becomes its own record with its own schedule, provider, rate and billing line.
Every market
You contract with Detritus, and we contract with the local provider. You never onboard or pay a local provider, and adding a site or a service does not start a new vendor cycle.
| Onboarding item | Hiring a hauler in each market | Detritus |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier record | One per hauler | One, for every site on the agreement |
| W-9 and banking | Collected from each hauler | One W-9 and one remittance record |
| Insurance | A certificate to track per hauler | One insurance relationship. Provider insurance status sits on our provider record. |
| Payment | A payables relationship per hauler | One. We pay every provider, including operators that will not accept standard terms. |
| A new market | A new vendor cycle | A new site on the same agreement |
On our largest facilities program this meant carrying the relationship with 480 separate local operators so the client held one payables relationship. See the national facilities portfolio.
